Southcoast is a medium sized construction company based in Wellingtongton and has been trading since 2003. Before forming Southcoast, director Steve Roberts had been working in the building industry for 11 years. Steve is a qualified carpenter with a diploma in landscape design and construction.

Up until Sep 2010 Southcoast was a family-run business, with Gina Roberts (co-director), working behind the scenes dealing with the pricing, tenders and day to day management of the company.

In Oct 2010, Galu Letiu and Dan Ioapo bought into the business. Both are qualified carpenters and have been employees of Southcoast for many years. Galu and Dan have bought new energy to the  team and along with Steve and Gina are looking forward to growing the company.
