Tacy Street

The Tacy Street townhouse build was challenging, testing both our systems and our workforce. This was an extremely tight programme to take on, however the Southcoast Directors believed they had the right workforce and systems in place to tackle this mammoth task. The project was initially delayed 2 months due to contaminated soil in the excavation stage. The Southcoast team approached this project with hard work and %100 commitment to the project and to each other. In the end we produced 28 townhouses in 7 months averaging 4 townhouses per month with a mixture of 120m2 and 3 storey builds.
